Lightly seasoned chicken and cod in a crisp batter and deep-fried.  Served with a coriander dip.

 

Chicken Shishlick

Marinated fillets of chicken pan-fried with peppers, mushrooms and onions in a rich and spicy coating.

 

Zaffroni Tikka

Fresh chicken fillet marinated with ginger, garlic, chilli saffron and yoghurt cooked in a charcoal served with a mint yoghurt dip.

 

Butterfly King Prawns

King prawns marinated with ginger, garlic and chilli coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried served with a mint yoghurt dip. (£1 Surcharge)

 

Chilli King Prawns

Salmon Hiryali Tikka

Salmon chunks marinated with mint, spinach and coriander paste, cooked over charcoal and served with mint chutney.  (£1 surcharge)

 

Crispy Duck

Strips of duck marinated with ginger, garlic and spices, cooked with broad beans and jalapeno peppers.  Served with a mint sauce dip.

 

Grilled Ostrich

Served on a bed of garlic mushrooms in a red wine sauce.

 

Paneer and Aubergine Pakora

Layered rings of baby aubergine with paneer filling seasoned and deep-fried in a crisp spicy coating with ground cumin.  Served with a coriander dip.

Cauliflower and potato simmered on a ginger base with peppers, onions and mushrooms.  Finished with spring onion and fresh coriander.

Brussel Sprouts simmered with fresh tomato, ginger, onion, garlic and kidney beans, finished with coriander.

 

Sabzi Ralwa

Eastern vegetables with okra, aubergine, courgettes and paneer steamed in a bhunna sauce with dry mango powder.

Traditional north Indian diced of diced lamb fillet simmered till soft in a five masala mix stew leaving a subtle taste of cardamom and clove finished with a ginger dressing.

 

Punjabi Salmon Sizzler

Fresh salmon fillet stuffed with minced lamb simmered in onion, ginger, tomato and fresh ground spices finished with coriander and served on a sizzler. (£2.00 surcharge)

 

Jalandri Murghi Masala

Fresh chicken fillet simmered with red onion, fresh tomatoes, ground chilli, whole coriander, ginger and garam masala finished with coriander.  A traditional hot Punjabi curry.

 

Chicken Mushakali

Chicken fillet cooked Himalayan style with fresh ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion masala, green peppers and mushrooms.  Finished with strands of ginger and coriander.
